Pour les patients atteints de schizophrénie, le dysfonctionnement du cerveau entraîne des troubles cognitifs qui entravent son fonctionnement dans les activités quotidiennes et professionnelles.

L'application Alix & Moi permet l’accès à une nouvelle méthode d'entraînement cérébral développée dans le cadre d'un programme de recherche mené au centre hospitalier Le Vinatier, à Lyon, en partenariat avec PULSALYS.

Alix & moi vous propose :

- d’identifier les domaines dans lesquels vous voulez progresser (vie 
sociale, hygiène et santé, vie pro, organisation domestique…),

- de vous entraîner à réaliser mentalement des actions simples de la vie 
quotidienne, afin d’activer les réseaux neuronaux qui seront mis à contribution dans la réalité,

- un défi par semaine, constitué de différents entrainements pour lesquels vous recevrez un rappel en tant voulu via les notifications de votre téléphone.

- de progresser dans divers domaines, en cherchant à collectionner tous 
les trophées de l’application.

Le principe de l’application est simple : pour atteindre le but que vous avez sélectionné, des gestes vous sont proposés, sous forme de dessins ; à vous de décider s’ils vous seront utiles ou non pour accomplir l’action.

- La spécificité : les entraînements sont fondés sur la compréhension des processus neuropsychologiques et les dysfonctionnement connus dans la schizophrénie.

Alix & me offers you:

social, hygiene and health, professional life, domestic organization ...),

- to train yourself to mentally carry out simple actions of life
daily, in order to activate the neural networks that will be used in reality,

- a challenge per week, consisting of different trainings for which you will receive a reminder as wanted via the notifications of your phone.

- to progress in various fields, seeking to collect all
the trophies of the application.

The principle of the application is simple: to achieve the goal you have selected, gestures are offered to you, in the form of drawings; it's up to you to decide whether they'll be useful or not for doing the action.

- Specificity: the training is based on the understanding of the neuropsychological processes and dysfunctions known in schizophrenia.
